All Coaching Applications must be submitted online

You will be required to obtain your own personal Record Check at your local RCMP station.

To simplify the process, please follow these steps...
  1. Visit your local RCMP station with 2 pieces of ID.                                                                                                                                                       There may an approved letter for last year’s coaches at your local RCMP office that indicates that you are a  volunteer and waives any fees that the RCMP normally charge.   If you did not coach last year or are not on the list please contact North East Aces GM,  neaceshockey@gmail.com  to obtain a required letter.
  2. Obtain your RCMP Criminal Record & EVSC Verification from RCMP.

****PLEASE NOTE:
Occasionally, while applying for the RCMP Criminal Record Check including the Enhanced Vulnerable Sector Check (EVSC) Report, your DOB may match one that the RCMP have on file anywhere in Canada and therefore they will be requesting your finger prints.  There can be a slight waiting period for the return of your Record Check.

       3. Once you have obtained your returned RCMP Criminal Record & EVSC Verification
please attach it to your online coaching application

by going back online to "Manager Your Account" and downloading it there
OR You may email it directly to North East Aces GM at neaceshockey@gmail.com

Please note that your application will not be complete and therefore may not be accepted until your RCMP Criminal Record submitted is current (within the last 3 years).
