Aces A Player Registration

Players are encouraged to Pre-Register for AA Tryout Camp (click here). **Players may register below for A at this time 
***AA Registration will be open once Tryout Camp and team selection is completed.

Fees are:
U13 A $1000           U13 AA $1300
U15 A $1100           U15 AA $1400
U18 A $1200           U18 AA $1500
 
Note:
$200 of each Player Registration Fees (A & AA) will be Team Fees. 
These Team Fees will be turned over to the team manager on your behalf to be used for Team Operations/Tournament Entries.

Additional Team Fees may be collected by the team manager.  
Any additional Team Fees collected by the team manager and will be funds of the team and will not be part of the Registration process or fees.

• There is NO paper or in person registration, ONLY online.
• There are 2 payment options

• Full payment
• 4 Installment  payments  (Initial down payment prior to Sept 1st, Sept 1^st, Oct 1^st and Nov 1^st)

• Payments accepted will be Credit Card or a pre-paid Credit Card
• Payments are collected through SportsPay on the Hockey Canada Registry through your Spordle Player Profile.
• Late fees of $150 will be assessed after Sept 10^th
• Kidsport or Jumpstart applicants must also register online with a $50 deposit. 
After being subsidized, the balance remaining is the parents’ responsibility –all deadline dates must be adhered to.
• There will be a $25.00 charge and any bank fees incurred for any NSF, declined or late payments.
 


North East Aces A Female Registration Fees

U13 A : Ages 11 & 12 (Birth Year 2013 & 2014)
 Payments:       Full Registration Cost: $1000.00
                        Payment Installments prior to Sept 1st:   Initial Payment: $250.00 
                        3 equal payments of remaining balance--Sept 1st, Oct 1st & Nov 1st
 

U15 A : Ages 13 & 14 (Birth Year 2011 & 2012)
 Payments:       Full Registration Cost: $1100.00
                         Payment Installments prior to Sept 1st:   Initial Payment: $275.00 
                        3 equal payments of remaining balance--Sept 1st, Oct 1st & Nov 1st  
U18 A: Ages 15-17 (Birth Year 2008, 2009 & 2010)
 Payments:       Full Registration Cost: $1200.00
                        Payment Installments prior to Sept 1st:   Initial Payment: $300..00 
                        3 equal payments of remaining balance--Sept 1st, Oct 1st & Nov 1st
           
Again,these are the only Player Reistration fees that include $200 Player Team Fees.
There may be other team fees that will be collected by the team for tournaments etc.
 



 
RELEASES :     All players except Tisdale, Nipawin & Melfort centered players will require a signed
                          release from their home association and must be given to the head coach
                          at the 1st practice.  The head coach will then hand them into the North East Aces GM

                          Any female playing on their home association team and wishes to play North East Aces must
                          make the North East Aces team their priority but may be a shared player with their home team on a co-ed team.
